1. This privacy policy reflects a special concern for the security of personal data of the users of our website, including in the context of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (“GDPR”).

The information contained in the logs may include the user’s IP address, the address of the page from which the connection was made to our website, the name of the internet browser, or the Internet provider. This data will be archived and used for statistical purposes and analysis of the website user traffic, which may also translate into marketing purposes.
5. If the contact form is used, the user will be asked to provide an email address or telephone number, which will allow the user to be sent information about the products and services offered. At the time of sending a message using the form, the user will be presented with an information clause in accordance with the GDPR. The user will also be able to express consent for the processing of the indicated personal data for marketing purposes. The processing of the transferred data will then be limited to the purposes specified in the documents accepted by the user.

Processing of users’ personal data on our website is based on: -the legitimate interest of the publisher as a data controller (e.g. in the scope of analytical activities and evaluation of the popularity of the website), -the user’s request before the contract is concluded – based on Art. 6(1)(B) of the GDPR (as part of using the contact form), -consent to processing personal data for marketing purposes (in the case of expressing it at the stage of using the contact form).

Recipients of the user’s personal data are only entities entitled to obtain personal data under the law, as well as processing entities to whom the administrator entrusts the data for processing on behalf of the administrator in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR, in particular entities providing IT services to the administrator.

User’s personal data will be stored for 6 years, but not less than the period necessary for the realization of any contract and the expiration of contract claims and criminal acts; the administrator may store the user’s personal data for a longer period only if it is imposed on the administrator by the generally applicable law or if there will be another basis for processing the user’s personal data.
13. The user has the right to access, rectify, delete, and limit the processing of their personal data, as well as the right to transfer their data, the right to object to processing, and the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority.

5. Your personal data will be stored for a period of 6 years, but not less than the period necessary for fulfilling the contract and the prescription of contract claims and criminal acts. The administrator may store your personal data for a longer period than indicated only if this is required by generally applicable law or if there is another basis for processing your personal data.
