1. User’s personal data will be stored for 6 years, but not less than the period necessary for the realization of any contract and the expiration of contract claims and criminal acts; the administrator may store the user’s personal data for a longer period only if it is imposed on the administrator by the generally applicable law or if there will be another basis for processing the user’s personal data.
13. The user has the right to access, rectify, delete, and limit the processing of their personal data, as well as the right to transfer their data, the right to object to processing, and the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority.
